Exchange & Return Period
You may request an exchange or return within 15 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to your home address or designated delivery point.
During the Christmas campaign period, the exchange deadline will be extended until January 12.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or faulty item, please contact our Customer Support team within 15 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing info@shopnisia.com.
Please note that once your return request has been approved, the parcel must be shipped within 3 calendar days.
NISIA reserves the right to refuse returns that are requested or shipped outside the established deadline, or items that do not meet the return conditions listed below.
How to Return Your Order
Items purchased online may be returned directly through your customer account area.
To request a return:
- Log into your customer account.
- Open the relevant order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit your return request.
- Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return instructions and shipping details by email.
Please Note
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs
For orders shipped with free delivery, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount as follows:
- Portugal (Mainland) & Spain (Mainland): €7.00
- Portugal & Spain Islands (Madeira, Azores, Balearic Islands & Canary Islands): €16.00
- Core EU: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: €14.50
- Extended EU: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden: €17.50
For all other countries, the return shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the refund amount based on the applicable carrier rate and destination.
The applicable return shipping fee will be communicated during the return approval process and confirmed before the return is completed.
Return Conditions
For hygiene, quality, and security reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns for items that:
- Have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged;
- Do not include the original security label and tags;
- Have a damaged or removed security label;
- Show signs of perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, or odors;
- Are returned without original packaging where applicable.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
