PRICE & PAYMENT

The price of each product will be the price indicated on the Website at the time of purchase, except in the case of obvious error.

Although we strive to ensure that all prices displayed on the Website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We are not obliged to supply products at an incorrect lower price if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as incorrect.

All prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination country.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. NISIA does not store complete payment card details.

HOW DO NISIA GARMENTS FIT?

Sizing may vary depending on the design and fit of each garment, but in most cases we recommend choosing your usual size.

Our collections are currently available from size XXS to XXL.

DO YOU MAKE GARMENTS TO ORDER?

Some NISIA pieces may require up to 7 business days for preparation before dispatch in order to ensure the highest quality standards.

At this time, we do not offer made-to-measure or fully custom garments.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout according to the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • customs procedures;
  • carrier delays;
  • high-volume periods;
  • external circumstances beyond our control.

Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days from delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Returned items must:

  • be unworn and unwashed;
  • include original tags and security labels;
  • show no signs of makeup, perfume, stains, or damage.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
