All products are subject to availability.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the Website are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs, taxes, and duties (where applicable) are calculated separately at checkout.

NISIA reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders will be charged according to the prices displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

NISIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the customer will receive a full refund.

6. Payments

NISIA does not store full payment card information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination and shipping method.

NISIA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Force majeure events;
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days from the delivery date, in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed;
  • Include original tags and security labels;
  • Be returned in original condition and packaging.

NISIA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

9. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards may only be used for purchases made on www.shopnisia.com.

NISIA reserves the right to cancel gift cards obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms.
